    The Competition course is a full-day program with lunch included.

Are you a fan of speed and precision, and have you already acquired the étoile d'Or? Choose our full-day course with lunch included for total immersion!

Our instructors specialised in competition will guide you in perfecting your disciplines (Giant Slalom, Slalom, Super G) and your overall technique.

Prepare for the Flèche and Chamois tests included in the course, and participate in prestigious competitions like the Ski d'Or and the Coq d'Or
The Teen's Competition Course and Group lessons are only available during school holidays. During your stay, we offer Teen-Adult Group lessons.

Teen competition group lessons: morning, afternoon or full-day

Teen's competition group lessons 
Have you already achieved the étoile d'Or and love slalom? You can continue taking group lessons in the morning and/or afternoon by joining the "Teen Competition" level.

Your instructor will introduce you to slalom and Giant Slalom. Your goal: improve your times for the "Flèche" and "Chamois" tests.
The Teen's Competition Course and Competition Group lessons are only available during school holidays. During your stay, we offer Teen-Adult Group lessons.

Do you have any questions in mind?

What equipment is required for competition Level?
Please specify to the rental shop that you require skis suitable for competition. Ensure to bring a helmet and back protection.
Will my Teen do the flèche and chamois Tests?
Students enrolled in the Competition Course participate during the week in a Flèche test and a Chamois test.
Which ski pass does my Teen need?
The "Val d'Isère/Tignes" ski pass is required for this course.
Does the esf provide lunch for competition group lessons?
No, lunches are not provided as part of our group lessons because we do not have suitable facilities. You will need to pick up your child at the end of the morning session (12.30pm) and bring them back for the afternoon session (2pm or 2.30pm) if opting for a full-day program.

The lunch option is only available for our Full-day Competition Course
Where will my Teen have lunch With competition courses?
Teens have lunch with their instructor in various mountain or base station restaurants, depending on the day's program.
In case of food allergies or other details, please inform the instructor on the first day of the course.
WHAT LANGUAGES DO THE INSTRUCTORS SPEAK?
Our instructors speak English and French.
