A true enthusiast, Philippe discovered snow sports at the age of 6 through skiing and playing ice hockey. This first experience was the turning point that pushed him towards competition.
Armed with this knowledge, it was in 1981 that he decided to become a ski instructor. Philippe teaches winter sports to adults and children, and also gives disabled sports lessons. Sharing and mutual respect are values he is determined to pass on to his pupils. His teaching approach is positive, and he is keen to make learning a warm experience where everyone can progress at their own pace.
Originally from Val d'Isère, he has also worked in other ski resorts where he has enjoyed teaching. He has also improved his skills and knowledge on expeditions to the Himalayas and Nepal. With all this experience behind him, Philippe aims to help as many people as possible discover the joys of the mountains.
