Although Frederik comes from Belgium, Val d'Isère in the French Alps is where he decided to settle down. He took his first steps in skiing there and has continued all his high-level training in this resort, for which he has a very special attachment.
A ski instructor for over 12 years now, Frederik is passionate about winter sports and is delighted to teach the subtleties of competition to those who want to give their best. To do this, he tailors each lesson to the needs of his students, and is committed to helping them achieve their performance goals, while having fun at the same time.
Frederik has been skiing the slopes of Val d'Isère for many years now. His favourite? The Face de Bellevarde, which reminds him of the 2009 world championship, in which he had the honour of taking part.
Teaching? It's in Frederik's blood. When he's not on the snowy slopes, he's a mountain bike instructor. He loves being able to pass on his knowledge and passion to sportsmen and women of all ages, in the heart of a breathtaking environment: the mountains.
