Off-Piste Safety: supervised practice and specialist equipment
With the esf Val d’Isère, you can head off piste with a qualified ski guide in three different formats: group lessons, private lessons, or the Team Off-Piste option. In each case, you will learn how to use essential safety equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe, etc.) and practise avalanche safety awareness. You will also discover the key safety precautions to reduce skiing risks such as avalanches.
