ARTICLE IX – HEALTH PASS INFORMATION
It is up to the client and /or the student to comply with the rules in force relating to the health pass.
E.S.F. instructors reserve the right to check the validity of the health pass if it is required by the French Government to acces the ski lifts.
In this case, students who do not have a valid health pass will be subject to the provisions of Article VII of these General Terms and Conditions.
We therefore invite you to check article VII of your GTCS.
